Recording for The First One is about halfway done, so we've set a sort of "deadline" for ourselves - mid-August is the ideal wrap date, though earlier would be cool. I contacted a Very Cool Person™️ to potentially do backing vocals for part of Horse Hallway, and finished recording iCube and exported rough mixes for that and IT Cat (which still needs a rerecording). As of right now, about half of the album is in a nearly-finished state.

We still need to pare down a bunch of bonus tracks for TFO - the idea is a handful of demos of album material, plus some non-album stuff that we (probably) won't reuse for later releases - stuff like Drawstring Bag and Storm Chaser, for example. Those aren't guaranteed to go on there, I'm just listing the first things that come to mind.

Right, what's important for us to do... SSU needs lyrics really badly, we're gonna work on that soon I think. Sleepin' also needs words, I need to figure out how to dick with the synths to make them sound less bad. Maybe change them entirely, I dunno. Windows needs words and work on the instrumental but I don't think I do anything with that? I think that's everything on our docket. SHIT right and paring down the bonus tracks too but I already mentioned that.

Album soon??? We've been working on this for a year and a half, I really really really want this out.
